* The tenancy will be for a 50 week duration starting mid September and will be a joint tenancy agreement.
* The weekly rent payable for each student is £170 per week and this includes all bills with the exception of TV Licence
* The rent payment for the first rental period will be required before property keys are handed over at the start of the tenancy and the further rent payments will be required termly, in line with student finance payment dates.
* The deposit required for each student is the equivalent to 5 weeks rent; £850 and will be required to secure the property.
* Each student will require a UK guarantor.
